Manufacturing Process of Ring Die
The whole ring die processing is under automatic control. We use high quality 40Cr alloy steel or 4Cr13 stainless steel as material;use imported computerized gun drilling machine for punching and realize one-time molding for die hole with a very smooth surface; use vacuum heat treatment furnace for scale-free heating.

Forging billet→Rough Lathing→Punching→Hole Grinding→Heat treatment→Finish machining

●The Processing Technology of Ring Die for Making Feed Pellets

Forging→Rough Lathing→Flange Hole→ Punching →Chamfering →Countersinking →Cleaning → Quenching→Fine Grinding

Generally speaking, the higher the compression ratio, the denser the finished pellets. But it does not mean that the higher the compression ratio, the better the pellet quality. Compression ratio should be calculated based on your raw material for making pellets. Commonly compression ratio is inversely proportion to the hardness of raw material, the harder the raw material, the smaller the compression ratio.
